Shipping & Delivery

  • You will receive your order within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • There is a delivery charge of $4.90 for orders within Singapore. Free delivery is offered for orders above $100.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above $100.

  • No, we currently do not offer international delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Please refer to our refund policy here.

  • Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–10 business days for it to be processed and refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not received in new/unused and resellable condition.

  • For exchanges, please return your current item(s) for a refund first. You can then place a brand-new order for the desired merchandise.

Warranty & Repair

  • Our warranty covers manufacturing faults for 2 years. Wear and tear is not covered.

  • Please note that wear and tear to wheels such as flat spots and erosion are not covered under warranty.

    Any breakages that occur as a result of tricks (i.e. where a scooter's wheels come off the ground) are not covered by warranty. 

  • The original purchaser, provided the product was bought from an authorised dealer. You are required to show your proof of purchase (e.g. online invoice or physical receipt) for us to determine whether your product is still covered by the warranty.

  • Two of the great things about Micro are that all of our scooters have replacement parts, and they are easy to fix.
