Product Returns

Micro Scooters Singapore allows returns for all scooters and kickboards purchased from this website only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item(s) must be NEW and UNUSED and in its original packaging.

  • Must have been purchased directly from microscooters.com.sg within the last seven (7) days.

  • If an item is returned that is not new/unused, the right to a refund will be forfeited.

Please contact us at microsupport@bloomandgrowgroup.com if you would like to return your item. Please provide your order number as well as a photo of the item. 

For exchanges, please return your current item(s) for a refund first. You can then place a brand-new order for the desired merchandise.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for it to be processed and refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not received in new/unused and resellable condition.
